Born in Dresden in 1965.

My life as a painter began in 1981 with four years of training at the world famous porcelain manufacturors “Meißen”. Where I won the student of the year award for two years becoming one of their foremost painters. I continued after my training to work there for a further 2½ years undertaking their highest commissions.
In 1990 I joined the KPM, which is the Royal Porcelain Makers in Berlin, where my work was almost exclusively painting wild flowers.

1998 I left Berlin and spend one year in England and a further year in South Tirol I returned to Dresden and have since established my own business.
